The deadline for applications for initial occupancy was March 21, 2023. A lottery was held March 31, 2023 and originally broadcast live on Baldwin Real Estate Corporation's Facebook Page. The video can also be viewed below. Applications received after March 21, 2023 have been placed on a wait list and will be chosen in the order they were submitted when units become available.
